Fantastic concierge, incredible service, Johnny the concierge was fabulous. he found us great dining options, booked our massages, and organized a private fishing charter that made our birthday celebration perfect.

My kids wished there were more activities for them around the hotel.

Had a fantastic time with my friends! Enjoyed the pool, the marina view from our room was amazing. We visited the lively festival and also hit the local bar scene, it was a blast! Staff were super helpful, and the hourly shuttle to the old town made exploring easy. Perfect place for a group getaway!

Only downside was the noise from nearby events, it could get a bit loud at times, but we managed.

During my stay, I loved the easy stroll to the nearby Key West Tropical Forest and Botanical Garden, just a bit over a mile away, and the convenience of enjoying delicious food at the local Hogfish Bar and Grill, only about 1.5 km from the hotel. the hotel offers a lovely shuttle service to downtown, making my explorations effortless.
